 Benevolence: Our Benevolence Ministry offers temporary financial assistance to individuals or families during a time of need, whether it be those attending Calvary Chapel or those in our community. - Pastor D. A. Children's Ministry: All children aboard The Disciple Ship experience the love of God and the word of God from birth to 5th grade. All teachers are screened and help proved a wonderful and safe environment where a child can learn about Jesus through Bible teachings, skits, worship & more. The Disciple Ship is available every Sunday morning and evening as well as Thursday evening. - Mike Crump Evangelism Team: A ministry designed to reach out to those in our community who do not have a saving knowledge of Jesus. We offer many special events including the Fourth of July Jubliee, Harvest Party, and Christmas gift wrapping at Wal-Mart. We also go out in the community to introduce people to Jesus and to invite people to church. - Pastor D. A. Free To Live: Free to Live class provides an application focused time every Sunday evening from 5pm-6:15pm This is a class for men and women that deal with overcoming addictive behaviors and struggles in order to be Free to Live for Christ and others according to God's Word. This class is held in room 101. Free to Live also seeks to provide counseling and help for those who struggle with habits that hurt. - Pastor D. A. Greeters: The greeters reach out to all individuals, being lead by the Holy Spirit to minister and fellowship with one another. What does this look like, sometimes we can sense a problem and will walk up to someone asking if everything is ok, we listen, might give a scripture verse for encouragement, and ask if we can pray with them. It is wonderful to see how the Holy Spirit moves at Calvary Chapel. I have had people come up to me after service and mention that a word, prayer, or just a smile that I gave really ministered to them. - Pastor Chas HeBrews Cafe and Bookstore: The cafe and bookstore is a ministry to those in fellowship at Calvary Chapel of the Triad, and to those in the community. The bookstore provides biblically edifying reading materials as well as t-shirts and gifts from Israel. The cafe offers a full range of espresso drinks, smoothies, and specialty beverages. Come join us seven days a week for fellowship over coffee! - Jennifer Scott Meals Ministry: The Meals Ministry of Calvary Chapel reaches out to families or individuals in the fellowship who are going through some of life's transitions. Currently, we have a team of volunteers who prepare and deliver meals to families who are celebrating the birth of a baby, families who have suffered the death of a loved one or for individuals who are scheduled for surgical procedures. Request forms for meals can be picked up at the information desk. - Pastor D. A. Men's Ministry: The men meet one Saturday a month for fellowship food and prayer. A hearty breakfast is served followed by a brief Bible study and corporate prayer. The men also meet on Tuesday evening at 7 for Bible study and small group time. We invite you to come out and enjoy an awesome time together. - Pastor D. A. Nursery: We provide a loving and caring environment for your child or children while you are free to study God's Word. We screen all of our nursery workers to ensure a safe environment for your loved ones while you fellowship with the saints. Click here to join a Real Life Group - Jay Adam Women's Fellowship: The ladies meet the first Saturday morning of each month at 9:30 for fellowship, food and Bible study. A light breakfast is followed by Bible study and a time of corporate prayer. There are also weekly Bible studies on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 and Wednesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00.  Blessing Room: The Blessing Room is a collection of new and gently used clothing, shoes and accessories. These items are donated by people who attend this church and are available at no charge. The Blessing Room is open for an hour before and after each regular service time, and throughout the week. Service opportunities include: praying for those who will be blessed by this ministry, volunteering to sort, organize and hang clothing donations or keep the blessing room tidy. In Matthew 25 Jesus commends those who had clothed Him. This is our opportunity to do just that - Pastor D. A. Being available to care for our guests in this manner provides them an opportunity to grow in their walk with Jesus and deepen their relationship with Calvary Chapel. - Leigh Ann Proctor Landscape & Grounds : Landscape maintenance is a point of service ministry serving the body of Christ by maintaining the exterior Church appearance and presentation to visitors, regular attendees, and our community. Like our Facilities ministry, this is a great opportunity to serve the Lord and create lasting relationships with our church family through fellowship and teamwork. - Jay Adam Media: Preparing & presenting multimedia (video, graphics, audio, projection, design elements) during services, post production & editing of CDs & DVDs and other media of the services and events. Internet distribution of edifying media presented in the church. Also involves camera work on and off campus, and media creation for use on satellite campuses. - Bob Bennett Missions: Our heart is to support missionaries with prayer, service, practical help, and finances. We are involved in Missions Trips, Meeting for Missions Prayer the 3rd Sunday of the Month in the Prayer Room, Recycling for Missions aluminum cans, International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church, and so much more! The Nursing Home Ministry volunteers meet at the church the second Saturday of each month at 9:30AM in the 4th and 5th grade classroom. We have a brief welcoming session and prayer time before leaving to be at the 3 nursing homes by 10:00AM. We visit Bradford Village East, West and Britthaven as 3 teams and meet back together as a group at 11:45 for lunch, where we have prayer and sharing time. Calvary Chapel of the Triad provides opportunities to reach out into the community to those that are in Jail and Prison. By playing a video teaching from Pastor David, leading a Bible study, or through prayer and encouragement to inmates in these different facilities, we are getting the opportunity to help others meet Jesus. In Matthew 25 He says, 'I was in prison and you came to Me', this is also our opportunity to go to Him there. - Scot Garrison Sparkle: Sparkle is a point of service ministry that serves the body of Christ by cleaning the church building and keeping the facilities inviting and presentable to both members and visitors. - Jay Adam
